Shipping & Carrier Information
We primarily ship via USPS, and may also utilize UPS or FedEx depending on destination, package size, and delivery efficiency.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected service:
- Free ground shipping on orders over $40
- $3 flat-rate ground shipping on orders over $20
- $5 flat-rate ground shipping on orders under $20
Rates apply to standard ground delivery within the United States.
No. Flat rates are subsidized by us to keep shipping affordable. When live carrier rates are displayed (typically for expedited services), they are generated directly by the carrier based on weight and destination.
Delivery Time Questions
Most orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude holidays.
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:
- Ground Shipping: Typically 2–5 business days (non-guaranteed)
- 1-Day & 2-Day Shipping: Expedited options for time-sensitive travel

No. Carrier transit times are calculated in business days, which do not include weekends or federal holidays. Calendar delivery time may appear longer depending on when your order ships.
Most shipping services, including economy and ground shipping, are not guaranteed. Once an order is marked as shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and routing are outside of our control.
For time-sensitive trips, we recommend selecting a time-definite expedited shipping service (1-Day or 2-Day) at checkout. Please note that carrier delivery commitments are subject to daily cutoff times and apply after your order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time may ship the following business day.

If your trip is within a few days, we recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout.
We are also available via Amazon Prime for fast delivery options.
Once a package is in the carrier’s network, transit timing is outside of our control. However, if you have concerns, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
