Refund policy

You may return product that has been damaged from packing or shipping with the original box within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests for product returns must be submitted to info@getmtnready.com and approved by a customer care representative after which time the instructions for your return with a return authorization number and our return mailing address will be provided. Please include the order number and/or email order confirmation information in the email. We will ship replacement products within 5 business days of processing your request.
