Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your MTN Ready purchase. If you need to make a return, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened boxes, opened stick packs, and partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Approved returns will be refunded minus a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@getmtnready.com with your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable. We'll gladly replace the product or provide a refund at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@getmtnready.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
